At F45 Port Credit, we’ve built something you won’t find anywhere else—an elevated Recovery Lounge designed to support how you train, perform, and feel. Tucked just below the studio, this is your space to reset, recharge, and come back stronger.
We believe recovery isn’t optional. It’s the missing piece most people overlook—the difference between feeling constantly sore and fatigued and actually getting better, faster, more resilient. Beyond physical performance, intentional recovery plays a powerful role in regulating your nervous system, supporting mental health, improving mood and focus, enhancing sleep quality, and elevating your overall sense of wellbeing.

What You’ll Experience
We’ve curated a full recovery circuit so you can build a routine that works for your body:
Contrast Therapy: Rotate between our infrared sauna and cold plunge (2–3 rounds) to improve circulation, reduce inflammation, and accelerate recovery
Infrared Sauna (20–40 minutes): Deep, penetrating heat that supports detoxification, cardiovascular health, and muscle relaxation
Cold Plunge (2–5 minutes per round): A powerful reset for your body and mind—boosting circulation, reducing soreness, and elevating mood
Red Light Therapy (10–20 minutes): Full-body, high-potency red light to support cellular repair, skin health, and inflammation reduction
Compression Boots (15, 30, or 45 minutes): Targeted recovery to improve circulation, reduce swelling, and leave your legs feeling brand new
How to Use It
You can treat the Lounge as an occasional reset—or build it into your routine for real, lasting results.
Minimum effective dose: once per week
Sweet spot: 2–3 times per week
