Booking your Recovery Lounge sessions is simple and flexible. If you’re an F45 member—either at F45 Port Credit or any other location—you can purchase a membership, trial, or sessions directly through the F45 Training App and book your visits there.

If you’re not an F45 member, you can still access the lounge by finding us on Mindbody, where you can purchase sessions and schedule your visits just as easily.
