We’re located in the heart of Port Credit, just a couple of stoplights west of Cawthra on the south side of Lakeshore. You’ll find us in the Metro and Bobby’s Plaza—just look for the F45 sign, and beneath it you’ll see “Recovery By F45”.

We’re tucked just below the studio—your own little destination for recovery, right under the action.
